Regardless if you plan to teach or simply wish to deepen your current practice this training will meet you where you are. You’ll learn how to integrate all your own knowledge and what you learn in this training and apply that into your yoga teaching or to the deepening of your current yoga practice.
Pamela believes we are all on a journey. Yoga can help us to navigate that journey taking unfolding us from the inside out. Also, teachers should come in all shapes, sizes, genders, and colors. We embrace diversity and believe that we all have a story to tell and through teaching, we find connection and through connection we create community.
