200 & 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification
Pamela Higley Yoga School offers a foundation of basic yoga studies as well as foundations in Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga. Regardless if you plan to teach or simply wish to deepen your current practice this training will meet you where you are. You’ll learn how to integrate all your own knowledge and what you learn in this training and apply that into your yoga teaching or to the deepening of your current yoga practice.
Pamela believes we are all on a journey. Yoga can help us to navigate that journey taking unfolding us from the inside out. Also, teachers should come in all shapes, sizes, genders, and colors. We embrace diversity and believe that we all have a story to tell and through teaching, we find connection and through connection we create community.
Pamela is dedicated to the practice, study, and teaching of yoga and its sister science, Ayurveda. Her yoga journey began when she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at the age of 25.
The diagnosis was the primary driver that helped to make yoga a daily part of her life. Seeing the positive effects that yoga had on her health, Pamela decided to become a certified yoga teacher and Certified Ayurveda Health Counselor.
Pamela is an Experienced Yoga Teacher, Registered with Yoga Alliance, ERYT500HR. And is a certified Ayurveda Health Counselor.
She teaches weekly drop-in classes, leads 200 and 300 HR Yoga Teacher Training, workshops on yoga and Ayurveda, and hosts retreats.
Pamela is a teacher of flow, incorporating the teachings of Vinyasa Krama, Ayurveda, and Pranayama. Pamela's approach to teaching is joyful and light and you will most likely find yourself laughing now and again in her classes. Pamela is passionate about her work and the joy that yoga brings to her students.
Tuesday Evening Streaming Classes
All Levels Flow - 3/17 Tuesday Nights Live Streaming Class
It is recommended that you have at least one year of yoga experience before taking this class.
In this class you'll flow through postures while linking your breath with movement.
The focus is on intentional movement, working to make transitioning in and out of postures.
Variations and modifications are always offered.
